Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology or a related field at NQF Level 6.

• Microsoft Certified Professional certification in Enterprise Administrator (MCITP-EA) is preferred.

• Up to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Experience supervising or overseeing IT user support.

• Experience supervising or overseeing IT operations.

• Experience supervising or overseeing project coordination and support services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise desktop support technicians, ensuring service quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee incident management and act as an escalation point for user support issues.

• Collaborate with the Johannesburg office to ensure seamless IT support for the regional office.

• Oversee IT asset procurement and administration, including secure stockroom management.

• Manage service provider relationships to ensure IT services meet agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide end-to-end operational and technical support, including advice on IT projects.

• Oversee IT project implementation and resourcing.

• Drive the deployment of new applications in the regional office.

• Lead technical support for VCAV solutions.

• Document and maintain IT-related procedures.

• Participate in the IT Operations Committee.
