Responsibilities :
- Align HR strategy with business objectives and position HR as a strategic business partner.
- Provide expert HR advisory services and ensure consistent HR support across business units.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies.
- Manage recruitment processes and oversee graduate programme compliance and execution.
- Drive performance management processes and monitor transformation and diversity objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and legislative compliance matters.
