Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's advantageous).

• 10+ years' software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.

• Proven experience leading Agile software engineering teams in product-driven environments.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, APIs, and modern engineering practices.

• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise software and managing engineering delivery across multiple platforms.

• Experience with Agile, Jira, Git, automated testing, secure coding, and production support.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• AI, data analytics, and cloud experience are essential; fintech or banking industry experience is advantageous.

• Lead and develop Agile engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Drive engineering delivery, technical strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver technology roadmaps.

• Ensure software quality, operational excellence, platform reliability, security, and AI governance.

• Manage engineering resources, performance, recruitment, budgets, risks, and delivery priorities.

• Promote best practices across cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering standards.

• Mentor, coach, and build high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and continuous learning.

• Communicate delivery progress, manage technical risks, and support successful business outcomes.
