Job Description

Requirements

  • A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • A minimum of relevant qualifications in operations management or facilities management (preferred)
  • Certification in health & safety practices
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities management industry
  • Familiarity with Profit, Velocity, SAP, or similar operational systems (advantageous)
  • Intermediate competence in MS Office
  • Knowledge of security and cleaning industry standards and practices

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle and resolve client complaints within a 2-hour turnaround time
  • Log complaints and address client concerns promptly, escalating to the Area Manager, Key Accounts Manager (KAM), or Regional Director (RD) when necessary
  • Manage health and safety incidents with full documentation and investigation completed within 7 days
  • Log incidents, notify Area Manager, KAM, and H&S Manager, and track the investigation process
  • Coordinate the completion of health and safety forms and obtain confirmation from the H&S Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations through established procedures, regular inspections, and prompt issue resolution
  • Process requests for additional chemicals and consumables (outside of the client contract) within 24 hours
  • Log requests, obtain client-approved purchase orders (PO), generate sales orders, and send to Area Managers and Stores
  • Oversee repairs and removal of broken machinery with a 48-hour turnaround time
  • Request make, model, and serial number, log issues, obtain three supplier quotes, secure approvals, and coordinate repairs after PO confirmation
  • Engage subcontractors for specialized services outside company capability within a 72-hour turnaround time
  • Obtain three quotes, secure approvals, coordinate POs, and oversee subcontractor work
  • Generate sales orders and send supplier POs to subcontractors to initiate work
  • Ensure subcontractor services meet quality standards and cost efficiency
  • Process monthly site chemical and consumable goods requisitions based on the BOQ
  • Send draft to Area Manager for review, adjust as needed, and submit final goods issue to stores within 24 hours
