Requirements

• A Matric certificate, with Accounting as a subject or included in a formal qualification, is advantageous
• Prior experience in Banking, Accounting, or Finance is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing application demographics (e.g., company/owner information) onto Salesforce system
• Ensure performance standards are met within agreed turnaround times and service level agreements
• Check credit bureau reports for discrepancies and take appropriate action
• Verify that applications submitted reflect the correct record type by cross-checking with industry and bank statements
• Convert PDF bank statements
• Capture bank statement information onto Salesforce
• Capture gross turnovers and update Excel calculators and Salesforce
• Analyse bank statements for unpaid items, excesses, rental, franchise, VAT payments, and capture on Salesforce
• Manage own workflow of applications in the data capture stage and notify Team Leader/Manager of anomalies
